Shop York Passport and Offers

  1. Only entries submitted on an official ‘Shop York Passport’ will be accepted. Passports can be collected from Visit York (21 Parliament Street, York, YO1 8SG) or from a participating business. If you are unable to collect a Passport, please contact us at info@theyorkbid.com or call 01904 809970.
  2. Stickers must be collected from participating retailers and be dated and signed by the retailer. The dates must be between 31st January - 22nd March.
  3. Customers will receive 1 sticker per transaction, with a minimum value of £10.
  4. Completed Shop York Passports must be returned to us by 11:59PM on Sunday 22nd March. Entries received after this date will be excluded from the prize draw.
  5. Business offers associated with Shop York are only available during the event. Some offers are dependent on availability. If an offer can no longer be fulfilled, the organisers reserve the right to substitute it with a different offer.
  6. Prizes are drawn randomly and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
  7. Should a prize become unavailable for any reason, the organisers reserve the right to withdraw or substitute that prize for another prize of equal value.
  8. All winners will be contacted by email. If winners do not respond within 5 working days, the organisers reserve the right to draw another name from the eligible entries.
  9. The winners will be contacted by the York BID team (info@theyorkbid.com) only. Please be aware of potential spam accounts and call us on 01904 809970 if you have any concerns.
  10. If a participating business has run out of stickers, please keep your receipt and submit it alongside your Passport.
  11. 1 passport = 1 entry. Complete multiple passports for multiple entries.
